RBL Consortium

The Results Based Leadership Consortium is a group of practitioners and thought leaders who are committed to building the capacity of leaders in public sector organizations world-wide to execute and implement Results Based Leadership for the purpose of making a measurable difference in the outcomes and performance of individuals, organizations, communities, countries, and systems-particularly outcomes related to human development and well-being.

To this end, Consortium members have agreed to:

Adopt the Theory of Aligned Contributions as an organizing framework
Understand and apply the tools, practices, and methods of RBL, including results-based facilitation (http://www.rbfnetwork.com/index.html)
Contribute to the development of future RBL applications
Post blogs on the RBL blog
Engage in evidence based practice: capturing data to contribute to the growing body of evidence of the effectiveness of RBL and to ensure continuous quality improvement
